For my third fountain pen purchase, I wanted something a little bit outside the typical nib sizes, such as fine and medium. I was on the search for a stub nib. The two moderately priced pens I was looking at were the Conklin Duragraph, and the TWSBI Eco. Why these two? Not sure really, their price points were pretty good, and both pens seemed aesthetically pleasing. However, what sold me on the TWSBI, was the unique piston filling system, which holds a whopping 1.76ml of ink, a good .72ml more than the Duragraph. Also, the Eco is clear, meaning I would easily be able to see all the ink sloshing around in there.
