Howdy everyone. New pen review, yayyy. Anyway. So I bought the red Regatta Sport as a Valentine's Day give to myself, not only because I've been wanting another red fountain pen, but also because the magnetic cap captured my interest. Though, I do have a few critiques for the pen.

First off, I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!
Howdy everyone. First of all, it's November, and I'm pretty pumped about that.
Hey everyone, I know it's been a minute since I've posted anything, but school and work can be quite consuming. Anyway, I recently picked up three pens from the Fountain Pen Revolution website, a FPR Himalaya, Muft, and Darjeeling, all for just the price of the Himalaya. Pretty great deal, not gonna lie. This review will focus on the indigo blue acrylic version of the Himalaya.
So, a few weeks ago I began my hunt for the perfect fall fountain pen ink, and after looking at several contenders, such as Diamine Pumpkin, I ended up with Noodler's Cayenne. While Pumpkin was in stock, I decided against it, as numerous reviews featured people talking about how the ink would dry and get all crusty on the nib, and I didn't want to deal with that really.
TWSBI pens seem to be making their rounds again on the Fountain Pen Network Facebook page, and having been wanting another TWSBI for a while now, I figured now would be as good a time as any to pick another.
Howdy everyone. About a week ago I wrote about the Jinhao x750. In that review, I wrote about dry starts, a slightly scratchy nib, and so on. A few days ago I ordered a Goulet #6 nib to slap on it, because why not? Anyway, in writing this, I hope to share some information about how to friction fit nibs on fountain pens.
Howdy everyone. A few months ago Goulet had a BOGO on Jinhao fountain pens, and considering the interest I had in Jinhao pens at the time, I figured then would be as good as any chance to pick two up for the cost of one. These Jinhao pens have a pretty good reputation for being extremely affordable while maintaining some type of quality.
For my third fountain pen purchase, I wanted something a little bit outside the typical nib sizes, such as fine and medium. I was on the search for a stub nib. The two moderately priced pens I was looking at were the Conklin Duragraph, and the TWSBI Eco. Why these two? Not sure really, their price points were pretty good, and both pens seemed aesthetically pleasing.Wow, that is quite a wordy title. Oh well.
